Privacy notice

Official ICRR uses the information you send to check your identity, take payment and issue a report in your name. We do not accept applications from employers and we do not sell application files.

Information we hold

• Name, date of birth, nationality, country of birth, address, document type and number
• Email and telephone
• Copies of photo ID, proof of address and two photographs
• Service option (Basic or Priority), reference and dates
• Messages sent through the contact form

Purpose

To perform the contract you request, to prevent misuse of another person’s identity, and to keep records required for accounting and disputes. Reports are emailed to you. They are not sent to a third party unless you ask in writing.

Retention and rights

We keep a file for as long as needed to issue the report and handle queries, then for a limited archive period. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction via the contact page, to the extent the law allows. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
