Prices

Two prices. You pay once.

Identity checks are included. The 12-day or 5-day timescale starts when your form, documents and payment are complete. Apostilles, translations and couriers cost extra unless we confirm them first.

How the fee is calculated

Both options are one payment. The identity review is the same. Priority costs £10 more because the application is placed in the faster queue. You choose the option before you open the form and you cannot change it after you submit.

If documents are returned

The timescale does not run while we wait for a clearer upload. If we cannot complete identity checks, we will tell you. If you are not happy, we offer a full refund within 10 days of the order. The only thing you have to do is speak with live chat during business hours.
